*****THE FOUR FACIAL EXERCISES ( 8-11 )
do these exercises (each 10 times) whenever you have a few spare moments during the day.

8*Pucker the mouth to make the sound ”oo” then make the sound “icks” ,contracting the jaw violently so that the platysma muscle (witch runs from the lower jaw line down to the collarbone ,crossing under the chin ) stands out clearly.

 

9*Place middle and ring fingers of each hand on the temples, near the outer corners of the eyes .Open eyes wide, then shut them tightly ,yet without “squeezing”.

10*Make fists with both hands and push the flat part of first up against the chin ;push firmly back with both hands ,while resisting that pressure with the head.

11* Halfway interlock fingers and place palmar surface of hands against nape of neck, throw head back and resist that pressure from hands with the head.
